  I bought My car from Cranbourne Holden just over a year ago. Sales staff were wonderful. Servicing of my vehicle is stress free.
  I cannot fault customer service at all. I wont be going anywhere else. Thank you.

  My car has been in twice in the time frame of 2 months for the same issue. The first time they claimed to have fixed everything, but this was not true because within 2 months i had to bring it back for the same problem. They told my partner and i that it was not the same problem even though the exact same thing was happening and they wanted us to spend $455 for a part to potentially fix it but they were not guaranteeing that it would fix it. They also told my partner that he had no clue what he was talking about. The first time we took it in they had broken one of my spark plugs and everything in it but wouldnt own up to it. I will never be taking my car back to them i will be going elsewhere as they dont fix anything but they just want your money for doing nothing. They also told us that we should be buying a new car just because they didnt see it as fixing my car was going to help because of the kms, when my partner drives a car way older than mine and his is perfectly fine.
